Where I Stand
- Fair Tax - I am absolutely for fair tax to replace income tax. We need to cap property tax reassessments and use tax credits to fund state charter schools for all students.
- Eminent Domain- I am absolutely for repealing HR1306 (eminent domain) replacing it with HB86, the true property rights bill.
- Stop confiscation of guns - We need HB6 and SB43 to stop confiscation of guns. I am absolutely for the second amendment. Our rights come from God, not from government. Our founding fathers understood that the role of government is to recognize and preserve our God-given rights.
- Illegal Immigration - I am absolutely against illegal immigration. They are here illegally and are a tremendous drain on the taxpayers of Georgia. Most importantly, the lawyers are resistant to making English the official language. Between 3,000 to 8,000 illegals enter this country every year.
- North American Trade Union - I am absolutely for defending the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic. This includes blocking the North American Union.
- Pro Life - Life begins at conception. In America, over 4,000 babies a day are being destroyed. I have six children and five grandchildren, including my grandson, Alex, who is autistic. He was taken away by an evil Judge. Please read more about this below.

"We the People"
"We the People" need to stand up against the Lawyers, Judges, and Politicians, who are taking away our rights while we don't even notice!
Concerning the fraudulent eminent domain passed on "we the people" last year. Once again items to remember the grants rights to developers hereto fore never given by the Constitution, and our rights as individual property owners are now privileges, subject to the whims of the state, via politicians whether local or state.-Bill Adams

My autistic grandson was taken away by an evil judge.
In an illegal court order against my daughter, Judge Kreeger ordered the following:
- An American with a disability (ADA) she was stripped of custody of Alexander even though testing from Yale indicated a 25-33% gained improvement since his initial Autism testing 2 years earlier.
- Maternal rights were terminated without a hearing.
- Jury trial was denied.
- 1 year mandatory statue of limitations on divorce decree had expired.
- An American with disability was denied legal counsel when requested in Court.
- That she pay an inordinate amount of child support, attorney's fees, and other household expenses with "threats of jail" even though spouse's income is an estimated $100,000 dollars. The Court gave him the marital property (condo now rental property) and a house (2 total properties), expected the Mother with no income to take over car payments. The Child Support Addendum states "Gross Income- the Mother's gross monthly income (before taxes) is $1, 666.67 (imputed [definition of imputed is "estimated"] therefore not FACT based]). This "estimation" of the Child Support Order put the Mother on the street and in poverty. The Mother was a stay at home mother and was not gainfully employed and therefore was not earning $1,666.67 per month.
- The Final Divorce Order includes a permanent restraining order against the Mother to speak with physicians, teachers, child care givers on behalf of the child until he is 21 years old and unable to visit the child unless she complies with the "illegal order" which terminated her maternal rights without a hearing.
- Domestic Violence- This was a domestic violence case as the father caused a "chest wall contusion to the mother on one the child custody visits/exchanges; which was documented but ignored by the courts because of ineffective counsel on the mother's behalf.

Grandparents Rights
As a Grandparent, I am without legal rights to plea on behalf of my Grandson for visiting rights or any other fair judgment from the law. I think it is time that we regular folks stand up against corrupt public officials, politicians, and government leaders who continue to take away our constitutional rights.Special News - Eminent Domain

And yep, you guessed it: Nancy Scheafer voted YES and Jim Whitehead voted NO. In other words, Mr. Whitehead voted against property rights:
